Thank you for your early interest in a 2023 Cadillac LYRIQ. Based on current schedules, which are subject to change, we expect the very first 2023 Cadillac LYRIQ vehicles to begin arriving in Canada sometime in the Fall of 2022. General Motors of Canada Company ("GM Canada") is offering you an opportunity to express your bona fide interest in the vehicle described above from the participating Cadillac Dealer identified above ("Dealer"). You will be contacted by the Dealer to finalize your transaction. The fee described in this Agreement (the "Agreement") will be paid to the Dealer.

Because the delivery of the 2023 Cadillac LYRIQ is not expected until Fall of 2022, GM Canada must reserve the right to change the vehicle design, equipment, options, and availability. In some instances, a consumer's preferred Dealership may have already reserved their expected 2023 model year LYRIQ vehicles for other customers. In this situation, a customer may elect to pay the requisite amount to be placed on a "waiting list" for future model year LYRIQ production. In either situation, your reservation, or your place on the wait list, does not guarantee you the delivery of a 2023 Cadillac LYRIQ and does not constitute a commitment to produce a vehicle with any particular design, equipment, options, colours or pricing. You should work closely with your Dealer to understand the timing implications and details in your particular situation.

For these same reasons, we are affording you similar flexibility. Your participation does not constitute a commitment on your part to purchase the vehicle when it does become available. You are free to cancel and receive a full refund at any time prior to entering into a sales agreement with the Dealer. Until you sign a vehicle sales agreement with the Dealer, you have an unconditional right to cancel your participation and receive a full refund.

The pricing on this site is preliminary and is subject to change prior to the delivery of the vehicles. The prices are current Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Prices for the vehicle trim levels indicated, but the Dealer will set the actual sales price for your Cadillac LYRIQ, which may differ from the manufacturer's suggested retail price. The Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price is stated in Canadian dollars and does not include taxes, title, license or other fees and charges that will be included in your final sales agreement with the Dealer. This Agreement is not a vehicle purchase or sales agreement. Before you purchase the vehicle, you will have to negotiate final pricing and enter into a sales agreement with a participating Cadillac dealer.

Your reservation, or your place on the waitlist, will be placed with the Dealer, not GM Canada. GM Canada is not responsible for refunds to you under any circumstances. GM Canada never receives or holds your any fee or payment information. All participation fees are paid directly to the Dealer. You will not earn interest on your payment. If you wish to cancel your participation and receive a full refund, you must provide written notice to the Dealer who will promptly process your refund.

If you cancel your participation, fail to respond timely to requests from the Dealer, fail to reach agreement with the Dealer on the final terms of your purchase of the vehicle, or fail to pay the $100.00 participation fee, the Dealer can cancel your participation and prioritize a vehicle for a different customer.

This program is only available to individuals residing in Canada who are 18 years of age or older. Vehicles must be purchased from and delivered through the Dealer.
