How can I redeem my e-gift card?

1. In store: Print out the PDF or download to your smartphone and present the barcode in-store to the attendant when making purchases at participating Esso and Mobil stations

2. At pump: Load your e-gift card into the Speedpass+™ mobile app to redeem at pump at participating Esso and Mobil stations. To add the card, open the app and tap the picture of the card in the top corner. Then select ‘Add Card’.

3. Pay the remaining balance on your bill where applicable.

Who should I contact if I have an issue with redeeming my e-gift card while at a station, or accessing/redeeming the card onto the Speedpass+ mobile app?

How do I find out the balance of the e-gift card?
If you have the 19-digit card number and 4-digit PIN you can visit giftcards.esso.ca/balance and check your balance online.

When does the e-gift card expire?
The e-gift card does not expire.

Where can I use the e-gift card?
The e-gift card can be used at approximately 2,000 participating Esso and Mobil stations across Canada. They can be used to pay for fuel, car washes, snacks, and more. For more information visit giftcards.esso.ca.
